Missing Options in Focus Selection Screen

I'm Trying to Set the Manual Focusing Options on My 7d, I Want to Use Focus Point Expansion. However, When Going into the Settings I Find That I'm Only Able to Select 3 of the 5 Options, of Course Not the two that I want, spot and expansion. Any ideas anyone?

Under "Custom functions" in the camera settings you can enable these extra focus points.
